Initiate Your Return
Log into your Chicwish account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
